While I am happy to help and provide guidance and advice, the location of your shoot is up to you! I ask for some details or photos prior to the shoot to plan for lighting, and in the past, Airbnb’s, your home, or hotels (particularly “Day Use” hotels work great with timing!), and out in nature all have worked well - weather dependant of course.
The one thing I will say is that more crisp and cleaner locations do photograph better, as well as tidy spaces. If you’re going for more of an upscale look then larger, more opulent spots also tend to do the trick.
I also am happy shooting with props. These can include drinks and food, different attire, flowers/plants, books, musical instruments, etc.

I don’t offer hair and makeup, but happy to assist with my input. In my own photoshoots, I have usually gotten a blow dry beforehand, and then either did my own makeup or asked a local make-up artist to make me look glam. However, I have found that a less-is-more approach to makeup tends to photography better, but your aesthetic is your creative baby and totally up to you! :)

In the weeks and days prior to the shoot, make sure to eat healthily, get lots of sleep and if you’d like to, work out those abs! For boudoir shoots, I have personally found that cutting out carbs and doing ab and booty workouts for a couple of weeks before a shoot helped me look in top shape. I also tend to limit water the day before so as not to hold too much water weight - however, I don’t advise this for everyone as people have their own dietary and health restrictions. This is just something that has worked for me!
Please be on time, I will allow for a 20-30 minute grace period if you are running late, but anything thereafter will cut into our time (unless proof of extenuating circumstances).
Don’t wear any tight clothes as they will leave marks on your skin. Athleisure or sweats is always a safe bet pre-shoot. :)
Try and keep your outfits clean, ironed and organized as it saves us time when we are shooting if you’re all ready to go with outfits already planned.

I do provide light editing, such as skin smoothing, blemish removal, tattoo removal, or face blur, as well as the removal of clothing tags or objects in the background (with exceptions), but apart from small nicks and tweaks I am not able to alter you significantly, e.g. body, adding abs, bigger booty or hair. I prefer a more natural approach.

I do my best to put you at ease during your shoot as I understand how self-conscious and awkward we can all feel in front of the camera. I realize you are not a professional model, and neither was I. I found the best photoshoots were ones where the photographer provided some guidance and posing advice throughout - which I do offer.

If we are shooting just you, I ask that we work alone so we can be focused on the shoot. Likewise, if we are shooting you and a partner, or you and your family, I ask just the subjects to be present. I am happy to meet a partner or friend at the beginning however if it would make you feel more comfortable.

My turnaround time is between 48 hours to 2 weeks, however, I can provide the images sooner with a rush fee of $50 per photo delivered within 24 hours.
I generally only keep photos for a week or two after sending them out, so please be sure to keep them somewhere safe and back them up in multiple spots.

Should the shoot need to be cancelled due to circumstances beyond my control, including travel bans and flight cancellations, I am not liable for any costs associated with the shoot, including location costs.
-
If you’re open to allowing me to post your photos on my website, I do ask you to sign a photo release waiver.

While I understand life happens, I do ask for a 30% deposit to secure all shoots, which is refundable up to a week before the shoot.
